Tot i aix\u00f2, s&#8217;enfronta a dificultats com la crisi del mercat immobiliari a la Xina, que redueix la demanda de projectes, i els alts tipus d&#8217;inter\u00e8s a Europa i els Estats Units, que han frenat la inversi\u00f3 en noves construccions. Malgrat tot, la reducci\u00f3 de la inflaci\u00f3 i possibles retallades en els tipus d&#8217;inter\u00e8s podrien millorar la situaci\u00f3 a partir de la segona meitat del 2025.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"629\" data-end=\"860\">A m\u00e9s dels factors econ\u00f2mics, el sector s&#8217;enfronta a l&#8217;escassetat de m\u00e0 d&#8217;obra qualificada, fet que provoca retards en els projectes i un augment dels costos laborals, especialment en pa\u00efsos europeus com Alemanya i el Regne Unit.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"862\" data-end=\"1222\">Per mitigar aquests problemes, la ind\u00fastria aposta per la digitalitzaci\u00f3 i m\u00e8todes innovadors com la construcci\u00f3 modular i la prefabricaci\u00f3, que agilitzen els terminis i redueixen costos.
