{"id":3174,"date":"2019-07-01T08:25:18","date_gmt":"2019-07-01T08:25:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/duinsa.es\/en\/?p=3174"},"modified":"2019-07-01T08:25:18","modified_gmt":"2019-07-01T08:25:18","slug":"tarragona-promotes-a-single-window-for-industrial-estates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/duinsa.es\/en\/tarragona-promotes-a-single-window-for-industrial-estates\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarragona promotes a single window for industrial estates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tarragona promotes a single window to manage industrial estates, according to its new action plan to promote and improve these spaces.<br \/>\nCouncilor for Employment and Economic Development, Francesc Roca, said that &#8220;<em>for the first time we have a road map to consolidate these economic poles.<\/em>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The plan, drafted by the Cerd\u00e0 Institute, defends a new model of management of the six industrial estates that the city has with a sort of one-stop shop between businessmen and the local administration.<br \/>\nIt also recommends that the companies installed be associated and that the Table that already exists for the promotion and improvement of the polygons be strengthened.<\/p>\n<p>Among the package of measures proposed to improve them, they consist of acting on the accesses and some roads; new storm drains and activate a subsidy line for the renovation of industrial buildings, among others.<br \/>\nIt also proposes the drafting of a promotion plan that helps commercialize the industrial land; the creation of a brand and the development of a portfolio of services for the company.<\/p>\n<p>Tarragona has six polygons of economic activity, totaling 470 hectares with some 700 companies installed employing around 6,000 people.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tarragona promotes a single window to manage industrial estates, according to its new action plan to promote and improve these spaces.
