Mitma, the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, has awarded a total of 381 local entities from all provinces 307 million euros from the recovery funds for the rehabilitation of public buildings.
In total, it will finance 405 projects out of the 1,065 submitted, chosen based on criteria of architectural quality, soundness, governance, comprehensive approach, innovation and opportunity.
The actions to be financed have an integral approach, based on the quality principle of the Architecture Quality Law, in the sense defined by the Spanish Urban Agenda, and meet the criteria of sustainability, inclusion and aesthetic quality contemplated by the New European Bauhaus.
