At Duinsa, we are proud to present the new turnkey project for a regular client in the industrial sector. It is a large-scale project with a total area of 8,000 m², of which 4,000 m² correspond to buildings. This project reaffirms our commitment to excellence in execution and the implementation of the most advanced construction technologies.

Expansion Joints

One of the final steps executed in the urbanization was the 20 cm concrete pavement with reinforcement, ideal for heavy traffic such as that found in chemical industries. Its durability and resistance are essential to ensure the longevity of the infrastructure, considering the demands of the industrial sector.

Due to the volume of work performed, the paving has been carried out in phases to coordinate the activity of the industrial workers on-site. This organization required the use of the expansion joints technique, an efficient solution that has allowed us to link the different phases of the project without generating structural pathologies such as cracks or misalignments.

Additionally, the project includes a complex network of stormwater and wastewater systems, with retention tanks and control valves that act in situations of waterlogging or when heavy rainfall occurs. This infrastructure is essential to ensure proper drainage and prevent potential saturation or flooding problems in the future.
