The investment in the first half equals the investment of all 2018

Catalonia plans to invest 258 million euros in industrial infrastructure, almost the same amount approved throughout 2018.

Investment in industrial infrastructure brings together public and private works and translates into 134 new works and another 182 for expansion and renovation of facilities throughout the community. In total, 316 works that are divided into 152 public and 164 private.

In the first six months of the year, a higher investment in industrial infrastructure was approved than during the same period in 2018, when almost 193 million euros were invested through 180 industrial interventions. In fact, the first half equals the investment in industrial infrastructure approved throughout 2018, which was 261 million euros for 322 works.

Barcelona is the province where more interventions will be carried out, 193, followed by Girona, where 45 works will be carried out. Tarragona and Lleida are the provinces where less work is planned, with 44 and 34 respectively.
