Stagnant Cement Consumption in the First Half of the Year

Cement demand ended the first half of 2023 with stagnant growth, registering a marginal increase of 0.3%. This translates into a total figure of 7,539,907 tons consumed, presenting a difference of 23,573 tons compared to the same period in 2022.

Throughout this year, the evolution of monthly consumption has been fluctuating, with a series of ups and downs, alternating periods of increase and decrease.
